• Since the congress hotel is an all-inclusive concept, the participants who do not have accommodation must pay a daily external participation fee to us. This fee is added to the registration fee. Please note that the registrations of participants who do not pay this fee can not be confirmed.
• All accommodation requests will be made through Solo Event. Otherwise, the participants have to pay the above-mentioned external participation fee.
• VAT %20 will be added to the registration fees

This package includes registration, 3 nights accommodation (at Granada Hotel) and Airport - Hotel - Airport transportation.

Cancellation Policy For Registration & Accommodation

• Full Cancellation Deadline: 1st January 2023
• Cancellations between 1st January 2023 and 1st February 2023 will be refunded after a 50% fee deduction.
• All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by 1st February 2023.
• After 1st February 2023, no refunds will be given for registration and accommodation cancellations.
• Solo Event reserves the right to reflect any change that may arise in amounts of taxes, levies, natural disasters, charges to the fees and changes made from organizing committee of the conference.
